Unfortunately I do not buy more waranttee for this TV, so we decided to buy Sony. I think we made the right choice. Because the technology is relatively new, I was skeptikal about the preformance can be, so I bought the extended warantee for this TV. We are not particularly impressed with the picture quality compared to what we have seen in previous models of Sony Bravia TV. I can understand that the video is a newer engine that attempts to improve the image, pixel by pixel to optimize. Sometimes the pictures look fantastic, and sometimes they look great and sometimes looks a bit washed out. I do not see a good solid rich in color all the time. Could be the automatic programming mode, the X-reality engine upgrade as it matures on. The function of television over the Internet is not well tested, but I cable television and took a look at what I think is a good feature, there are many icons as built in the U-tube, Pandora, Netflix, EITC. I'm not interested in the internet as I have AT & T U-verse TV and high-speed Internet. But it is a great feature for those who do not have cable TV. I noticed that the detection system is not working as it should be a. The timer default is 30 minutes. No matter if you are sitting or moving at that time, just 30 minutes pass, a message appears on the TV will turn off unless you press a button on the TV remote control. If you can not press the button and the TV is off, but returned immediately. I do not understand why Sony decided to put the image quality to the standard as a defect of the TV. The images appear very dark in standard mode. When I programmed the TV images to the living image, the quality and the color has become very pleasant. I wish Sony made good as the default mode, I noticed a similar problem with the sound setup. The sourrounded, 3D, all the good qualities that were disabled. I think this TV immediate result was unimpressive, to say the least. That's why we gave him a rating of 4 stars. 10/06/11: The sensor presence was so annoying that I turned this feature. I decided to keep this TV that we have become accustomed to the way of bright colors. I hope that Sony could improve this product and comeup with a load of software. I bought a Sony BDP S570 player that can easily connect to my wireless router at home. That way I can see almost everything that could have seen the use of the Internet to the TV Sony. That is to say again? For Nirvesh Jagga This TV is so fresh and light. Sony is no better than this TV, picture quality is crisp and absoulutely perfect. LEDs makes the difference compared to LCDs. Hooked my my region free DVD player via HDMI, Blu-ray player via HDMI, Bose home theater system via HDMI, and last but not least, my PS3 via HDMI and it is mounted on a wall. 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. I bought the Sony wireless adapter UWA BR100 ... and it works very well with my Linksys WRT-350 router ... Heads-up ... To get this set to sync with WiFi ... You have your SSID broadcast ...
